FORCE MAJEURE & INDEMNITY

  • TrelPro shall not be liable for any delay, change, loss, damage, cancellation, or additional expense arising directly or indirectly from events beyond their reasonable control. Such events include but are not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, strikes, flight cancellations, airline schedule changes, border closures, visa delays, technical failures, or any force majeure situation.
  • In the event of a force majeure occurrence, no refund shall be guaranteed, and any recovery shall be strictly subject to what is recovered from airlines, hotels, transport providers, or third-party suppliers.
  • The client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless TrelPro from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal actions arising out of or related to such force majeure events.
  • This clause applies irrespective of whether the force majeure event occurs before departure, during travel, or results in partial or complete non-utilization of services.
